The COG: CRO Summit Europe brings together senior leaders and clinical operations professionals from across the European CRO community. It creates a dedicated space for meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and new partnerships focused on improving the delivery of clinical trials.
This year, the summit will take place at Novotel Amsterdam City on 15-16 September 2026. The agenda will cover some of the most important topics shaping the CRO sector today, including regional expertise, technology integration, resource optimisation, site relationships, patient recruitment, and collaboration between industry partners.
PVR (People. Value. Research) is pleased to be part of this important industry conversation. Vitaliy Solskyy, MD, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer at PVR, will speak on “Conducting Clinical Research in Conflict-Affected Regions.” During the session, Vitaliy will share practical insights into the operational challenges faced by CROs conducting studies in regions affected by conflict. He will also explore why countries such as Ukraine continue to offer significant value as clinical research and patient recruitment partners despite the associated risks and complexities.
The presentation will highlight the importance of operational resilience, local expertise, adaptable study strategies, and strong collaboration between sponsors, CROs, sites, and healthcare professionals.
